As a Product Designer at Farfetch, I've had the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth and enhance the experiences of our partners. • Steer design initiatives for B2B/B2C solutions, enabling platform partners to seamlessly integrate with consumers in the luxury ecosystem
• Create solutions that empower platform service providers with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and fostering advanced communication with external partners
• Lead research initiatives to establish short and long-term visions, while identifying user goals within complex service landscapes

With a background in service design and extensive experience in product design and research practices, I've led exciting projects across multiple clusters. I've collaborated with multidisciplinary teams spanning Product, Engineering, and Research departments.
01. Partner Journey
The 'partner journey' has been a central focus, involving various initiatives like Platform Ecosystem Research, Partner Onboarding Journey, and Public Portal Visions. Conducting interviews with 40+ stakeholders, facilitating vision workshops, and collaboratively identifying process gaps, we have laid the groundwork for designing holistic solutions within the platform ecosystem. The insights and network acquired through continuous exploration consistently inform the initiatives I lead, anchoring the team's efforts in advancing partner goals.
02. Employee Management System
This project is a focal point of my leadership, encompassing discovery research to understand enterprise-level requirements, design exploration, usability testing, and final delivery. It entails an end-to-end process with consistent collaboration across multiple disciplines. The project's dynamism inspires me to initiate subsidiary research and further exploration, creating new agendas to propel the business forward.
03. Platform Capabilities Library
This initiative marked a significant integration of data, content and design, aiming ambitiously to establish a singular source for platform information. Throughout this endeavour, I gained in-depth knowledge of content structures and strategies related to data endpoints.
Working closely with the engineering team to guide continuous development, I orchestrated connections across various work streams, contributing to solutions rooted in the core product taxonomy, such as the Platform Developers Portal.
